2. Corner Board Hardness
A. Longitudinal pressure resistance: The standard specification 1000*50*50*5mm longitudinal pressure is not less than 2200 Newtons.
B. Bending resistance: The standard specification 1000*50*50*5mm longitudinal pressure is not less than 1000 Newton.
3. Corner Board Exterior
A. The surface of the paper corner is smooth, flat and firm, and the paper has no wrinkles, no degumming, no damage, no stains.
B. The paperboard laminate is not degummed, no glue is oozing out, and the adhesive surface of the cardboard should not be separated when peeling off.
C. The cutting edges of the paper corners are neat, smooth and flat, without obvious burrs, and are perpendicular to each other. The surface of the paper corner should be flat, and the axial warpage of a single paper corner of each meter should not exceed 15mm.
