How to inflate the container dunnage air bag?
The inflation method of container dunnage bags mainly includes the following steps and precautions:
- Preparation of inflation tools
Air compressor or air pump: an essential equipment used to provide stable air pressure.
Inflator tube and connector: It is necessary to match the valve (small valve or storm valve) of the inflation bag, and the storm valve needs a dedicated storm inflation gun to achieve rapid inflation and deflation.
Auxiliary tools: such as corrugated cardboard, used to protect inflatable bags from sharp cargo damage.
- Inflating operation steps
Pre inflation (recommended):
Pre inflating the container by 70% -80% and then filling the gaps can improve efficiency.
Connection and inflation:
Insert the gas filling gun into the valve and pinch it tightly to prevent air leakage;
Turn on the air compressor and observe the inflation of the inflation bag until it tightly fits the gap between the goods.
Inflation control:
To avoid excessive inflation causing rupture, adjust the fullness according to the size of the gap.
- Precautions
Security protection:
Do not use near the container door to prevent injury when opening the door;
Sharp goods need to be isolated with corrugated cardboard.
Inspection and fixation:
Check the sealing after inflation, and if necessary, use a binding strap to secure the rear cargo.
Tip: The inflation method for different outer bag materials (kraft paper/PP woven bags) is the same, but the valve type affects the tool selection.
Aoli Pack provides two valves and its matched inflation tools, one is 1cm, the other is 3cm.
