How to use a slip sheet?
In order to use a slip sheet, a forklift must be equipped with a properly matched attachment called a Push-Pull. This hydraulic attachment uses polished and tapered platens instead of forks. Just as its name implies, push-pull attachments either pull loads by gripping the end of the slip sheet or push loads off the platens onto the floor or on to the top of a pallet or other product. Platens may also be hydraulically adjusted from side to side to aid the access and egress.
The market price of a push-pull device is about USD3500-6000 and can work at least 10 years. Let us suppose that you consume 100pcs wooden pallets per month for export, if replace it by our slip sheet, then you can save at least USD850/month. After 4 months, the input cost of the push-pull device can be returned, and saves you at least USD10000/year.
Application:
The push/pull is used to carry the goods placed on the slipper sheet for efficient and low maintenance handling and stacking operations.
Features:
1. The overall structure of the push/pull is reasonable, the field of view is wide, smart and easy to operate.
2. Carry out the pallet-free loading and unloading operation of the goods, and use the low-cost slip sheet to solve the pallet storage space.
3. The alloy fork plate is durable, smooth and smooth, and can avoid damage to the cargo at the contact area of the skateboard during operation.
4. Utilizing highly simple hydraulic components, the configuration is reasonable, so that the hydraulic pressure is well protected and the service life is long.
5. The overall material is oil-free lubrication system; maintenance-free, good protection for the pin.
6. When the forklift is working on the wooden pallet, it is only need to close the pull plate and use it directly. There is no need to disassemble the pusher.
